Starring Hailey Bieber, it’s inspired by holiday cards Warhol created for the brand decades ago.
The holidays are in full swing at Tiffany & Co.
The American jeweler has debuted its 2022 holiday advertising campaign, starring brand ambassador Hailey Bieber.
Launched Nov. 2, the campaign is centered on a video by Mario Sorrenti. It depicts a decadent party held in Tiffany’s take on “The Factory,” Andy Warhol’s famed studio in New York City. factory.
Hostess Bieber dances and passes out Tiffany’s famous blue boxes to her guests. Wearing jewelry from various Tiffany collections, they dance in front of a projector displaying illustrations Warhol created for Tiffany & Co. greeting cards in the 1950s and ‘60s.
In lieu of a Christmas tree, the party features a giant array of Tiffany blue boxes tied with red ribbon.
Iconic jewels like Jean Schlumberger’s “Bird on a Rock” brooch make cameo appearances.
Accompanying the video are still photos by Raymond Meier showcasing Bieber in a multitude of jewels.
“This holiday season, we wanted to celebrate Andy Warhol and uplift his connection to Tiffany & Co. by taking inspiration from the iconic greeting cards that he created for our clients in the ‘50s and ‘60s,” said Tiffany & Co. Executive Vice President, Product and Communication, Alexandre Arnault.
“The campaign video brings these elements together by paying homage to our long-standing relationship with the one of the world’s most celebrated artists.”
